Returns Policy

All products purchased on this website are subject to the below Returns policy.

If your item is received damaged or incorrect, or has any notable quality issue, contact us at letstalk@madeinnorton.co.uk within 30 days and we can process a refund or send a replacement for you. (Note: we may first request a photo of the item. Please include your order number). We can also do a refund or replacement if your item goes missing in transit. In most cases, you won’t need to send the item back.

If your item is undamaged and correct, but still want a refund, you’ll need to contact us within 14 days of delivery to return your item. Please be aware we don’t accept returns for personalized or custom items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect, or go missing in transit. Please be aware that returns for items that are correct and undamaged may incur a return postage cost.
