The front beer garden of Mallards Pub in Midsomer Norton is actually a holding pen for ITV “talk” show the Jeremy Kyle show, it has emerged.
The iconic black gates that surround the Midsomer Norton haunt are actually to keep potential Jeremy Kyle guests contained, and nothing to do with preventing antisocial behaviour, as first suspected.
Dan Dante, director of new guests for the Jeremy Kyle show said…
“Every other day during the week, Jeremy parks his blacked out minivan outside the gates of the pub, ties a £5 Primark Gift Voucher to the end of a fishing rod and casts it straight into the middle of the garden and waits for a catch.”
“Mallards never fails for potential candidates, ripe for exploitation.
Past guests have given us some memorable episode titles such as *’I am your mother AND your brother’*, *’Why does my face look like a poo? DNA Results’* and *’Did you have kinky bondage orgy sessions with my sister, mother, nan AND my local Avon lady? Lie detector results’* “.
It really is chavtastic.”
