Midsomer Norton Town Fayre hailed as best ever, by ghosts.

The local undead community has claimed the Midsomer Norton Fayre Fun Day, held in the town centre, to be the most successful yet.

Record breaking crowds of ghosts and a plethora of their fun fayre rides all turned up to the annual event, albeit most human attendees were unable to see any of it.

“The high street was jam packed. The helter skelter, fortune tellers, that ride that lifts you up in the air really fast. It was all there.” said local spirit ol’ Jerome Bustyfield.

“Hayley Joel Osment was having a whale of a time, chatting with us and riding the teacups. Then he got sedated and carried away, for some reason.”

“The rest of the humans all looked bored out of their bloody minds though. I was trying to get one of them to ride with me on the dodgems, but it was like he was looking right through me.”

“Each to their own I guess.”

A Midsomer Norton Town Council spokesperson confirmed the record breaking attendance,

“Yes, the day was a huge success, with record breaking crowds turning up to enjoy the festivities. Yes, most of them were invisible ghosts that neither you nor I could see.

But I’m telling you, the day was a bloody success.

OKAY?”
