Pokémon Go character Pikachu has been arrested in Midsomer Norton skatepark on drug related charges, sources have revealed.
According to a police spokesperson, officers were called to the skate park after reports of someone harassing the public by demanding they throw balls at him.
“Officers arrived at the scene to discover an obviously intoxicated individual resembling a small yellow pony who insisted he could only be seen through mobile phone cameras.”
“We initially believed the individual was high on ketamine or suffering from heatstroke. However officers at the scene have reported he was mumbling incoherently about something called Jigglypuff.”
“We’re working on the assumption that this is the street name for the latest synthetic hallucinogen in the area.”
It has also been reported that during a preliminary interview, the individual has claimed he is part of a street gang of over 100 others. Avon and Somerset police have stated that they plan on catching them all.
